Low calorie cookies

Struggling to find a low calorie cookie? This is a tricky one.

Sadly, cookies are largely composed of butter and sugar. This means dieters can only enjoy them in moderation.

My tips:

1) If you are making your own cookies, try using low-fat spread instead of butter and/or a low-cal sugar substitute such as Splenda.

2) Look at cookies with a high fruit content. They often have less added sugar, which keeps the calorie count lower.

If anyone has a good low-cal cookie recipe I would love you to post it.
