Struggling to find a low calorie cookie? This is a tricky one.
Sadly, cookies are largely composed of butter and sugar. This means dieters can only enjoy them in moderation.
My tips:
1) If you are making your own cookies, try using low-fat spread instead of butter and/or a low-cal sugar substitute such as Splenda.
2) Look at cookies with a high fruit content. They often have less added sugar, which keeps the calorie count lower.
If anyone has a good low-cal cookie recipe I would love you to post it.

Low carb, low calorie pizza
Pizza can be a great diet food.
Use pitta bread for the pizza base. This cuts out a huge percentage of the carbs and calories.
You can pile on the helathy toppings: lean ham, mushrooms, tomato, onion, peppers, spinach, or anything else you can think of.
Finish with low fat cheese.

Ice cream
Dieters can enjoy ice-cream!
My top tips:
1) Choose a low-fat ice cream. But check the calorie content too. Some low-fat ice creams are very high in sugar, which means they are high in calories and not good diet food at all.
2) Look out for low sugar ice-creams. They're out there.
3) Choose an ice cream on a stick. This is a satisfying and sensible portion size, and removes the temptation of going back to the tub for just one more scoop.
